La Route des Arts - September 4 to 17

Exhibition of sculptures, paintings and rakus. With Delphine Drapier, Jean- Marc Blanchard, Véronique Coineau and Paul Chognot.

 

L’association la Route des Arts propose
from September 4 to 17, 2020 a ROYAL DOOR exhibition

Cette association a pour objet la promotion d’Artistes et Artisans d’Art à travers l’organisation
d’événements (exposition, démonstrations, rencontres avec les artistes….) et la gestion de lieux de ventes
dedicated to these creators.

-Delphine Drapier

Après une enfance passée en l’Australie elle s’installe à Paris et découvre la peinture. Elle partage

maintenant sa vie entre l’Ile d’Oléron, Niort, et Le Perche. La Nature, source d’inspiration est présente
in his paintings. The material, the colors give an impression of depth to each painting and
we dive into this nature so present.

Self-taught painter and designer who has lived on the island of Oléron for more than ten years, he participates in collective projects
like among others that of the "Maritime Sphere" with his fellow sculptor Philippe Ardy, Sphere of stranding wood that everyone can enjoy on the ramparts of the Citadel of Château-d'Oléron… But in painting his creation is inspired by what Oléron offers him between marsh and tides between generous and fragile tidal flats and callipyg dunes barely dressed in light ganivelles. In his series "Opus" he sings, even shouts, a musical art shared with great musicos encountered on this island of theumière…

La découverte en 2010 de la cuisson RAKU c’est rapidement transformée en passion pour cette artiste. Elle fabrique chaque pièce à la main suivant des inspirations des plus variées et c’est la magie du hasard qui fait le reste… 

- Paul Chognot

Paul a manipulé le crayon, le pinceau depuis l’enfance. il y a quelques années il découvre le modelage et se passionne pour les rondeurs et les personnages insolites. Les baigneuses nous interpellent par leurs formes généreuses.
